Logistical Coordination

DC International, Inc. Logistics Coordinators and Dispatchers are professional, motivated and well-trained to allow your Company Representative to spend more time on your operational and well activities and less time concerned with general administrative duties, paperwork management, procurement, communications and transportation. DC International, Inc. personnel perform a wide variety of services: Transportation – responsible for the movement of all assets to and from operational locations, via land, marine and air, along with documentation; Cost – maintains control of asset inventory, reducing cost of operations through inventory control and tracking; and Administrative Management – performs all administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and communications management. They coordinate, collect and generate all reports, forms and other communications generated at the operational locations. And we are prepared to do whatever is required by you to get the job done right the first time, helping you reduce costs.

 General Duties
  • Assist Company Representative in daily cost control.
  • Gather information for generation of Daily Activity Report.
  • Expedite equipment, materials and personnel as dictated by operational activities.
  • Prepare non-hazardous oilfield waste shipping control tickets.
  • Coordinate loading and off-loading of materials, equipment and personnel.
  • Update and maintain inventory of all drilling and rig supplies and materials.
  • Complete aircraft manifests for cargo and personnel departures.
  • Monitor daily weather reports.
  • Assist the Company Representative in preparation and distribution of government reporting (NPDES, Oil Spill Reports, NORM Documents,
    UIC-28 Waste Manifests, etc.).
  • Collect, distribute, file and/or process all appropriate paperwork relative to logistical coordination.
